The product is free to try, but I can't recover anything, as it asks me for a key.

Right, the product is free to try, but not free to use. With trial version you can try to find and check the bases on your drive, just run a scan. If you'll see your databases, select one of them and if the contects of database will be Previewed: you'll see the list of available tables, table preview and cell preview panes. We also support wide range of common media formats stored in cells to preview: you can view pictures, videos and other media. If the preview is correct, complete and in original resolution, and if you can see everything you need and there is no sign of damage, you may be sure that the full product will export the database with the same contents you've seen on the preview, we guarantee! Actually, correct preview means that the database is already recovered, but to save it you need a key. Example of the preview for the database, cell and the table are below:

I've run the scan, but now I need the full version to save the found databases. When I'll purchase the full product, should I repeat the scan with the full product?

No, just click to save and you'll be asked for a key, enter the key to convert free trial version into the full product.

What if some tables of database are damaged, or I just don't need them?

Click to recover the database, you will be asked to select the tables you need.

I've seen the correct database name, list of tables, do I have the guarantee for successful recovery?

In most cases the database will be recovered successfully, but you still don't have the guarantee. Only correct and full preview of table contents and for each cells with stored media can give you 100% guarantee.

My media stored in database is not supported by your preview system, I'm sure. How can I get the guarantee for successful recovery?

You can try to recover such databases, but we can't guarantee successful recovery for them.

Is there any 30-day money-back?

No, there is no money-back. We have free trial version with previews enabled to let you test the product.

Can I have 1-day free key to test your product?

You don't need key, if you want to test our product - you can preview your files with free trial version.

What if I see correct and full preview, but the product will not recover database?

If the preview is really correct and full, the database is already recovered. If you'll experience any problem with saving such database, we'll be able to help you.

What if the preview is empty, damaged, or there is product logo instead of preview.

The correct preview is not available, in this case there is no guarantee for successful recovery.
