The product is free to try, but I can't recover anything, as it asks me for a key.

Right, the product is free to try, but not free to use. With trial version you can try to find and check the emails on your drive, just run a scan. If you'll see your emails, you can just select them to view in preview panel. If there will be attachment available, you can also preview the attachment. We support more than 200 file formats used in attachments to preview: you can open text documents, view pictures, play videos and hear to your music. If the preview is correct, complete and in original resolution, you may be sure that the full product will export it with the same contents you've seen on the preview, we guarantee! Actually, correct preview means that the file is already recovered, but to save it you need a key. Example of the previews for the message and for attached picture file is below:

I've run the scan, but now I need the full version to save the found files. When I'll purchase the full product, should I repeat the scan with the full product?

No, just click to save and you'll be asked for a key, enter the key to convert free trial version into the full product.

I've seen the email title and correct count of attachments, do I have the guarantee for successful recovery?

In most cases the email will be recovered successfully, but you still don't have the guarantee. Only correct and full preview can give you 100% guarantee.

My file is not supported by your preview system, I'm sure. How can I get the guarantee for successful recovery?

You can try to recover such files, but we can't guarantee successful recovery for them.

Is there any 30-day money-back?

No, there is no money-back. We have free trial version with previews enabled to let you test the product.

Can I have 1-day free key to test your product?

You don't need key, if you want to test our product - you can preview your files with free trial version.

What if I see correct and full preview, but the product will not recover it?

If the preview is really correct and full, the file is already recovered. If you'll experience any problem with saving such file, we'll be able to help you.

What if the preview for the message or attachment is empty, damaged, or there is product logo instead of preview.

The correct preview is not available, in this case there is no guarantee for successful recovery.
